A door that rubs the frame or won't latch is usually a hinge and alignment problem, not a lock problem.

When a repair beats a replacement

A door that has dropped a few millimetres does not need replacing. In most flats the frame is fine and only the hinges, the strike plate or the seal need attention.

We tell you honestly which it is before we start. If a repair will not hold, we say so and quote for the replacement instead.
