Pricing questions

Before you call

Why is the price a range and not a fixed number?

Two doors that look identical can take five minutes or an hour, depending on the lock inside. We give you a firm price once you describe the door and the lock on the phone.

Do I pay if the door cannot be opened?

You pay the call-out fee only. That is rare — tell us the lock brand when you call and we will bring the right tools.

How do I pay?

Cash or card on site, or by invoice for companies and building managers. You always get a receipt.

Do you charge extra at night?

Yes, night and holiday work carries a surcharge. You hear the total before we leave for your address.

Will you prove I live there?

We ask for proof that you are entitled to enter — an ID with the address, a lease, or confirmation from the building manager. This protects you as much as us.
